Apostle Boni Ekong is the Snr Pastor and General overseer Word-Power Intervention Ministries ( Destiny Re-activation Mission) in Cape Town, South Africa. He is a young dynamic preacher and teacher of the word, an Actor of international repute, an Entrepreneur, the author of many books, and a writer of a morning devotional called “Wisdom for Daily Living”. By the grace of God, this morning's devotional has touched lives within the continent and outside. He is a conference speaker and well sought after, because of his wealth of knowledge of the world, his professional and clear analytical skills have made him one of the best trainers and facilitators in the area of his expertise which is Leadership, Management/Administration, Entrepreneurial Development and Religious Education. Apostle Boni Ekong holds an Ordinary National Diploma and bachelor's degree in Business Administration and management, an Advance Diploma in Corporate Management, Professional Diploma in Oil and Gas Project Management. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theology from World Christian University Johannesburg, a Master of Science Degree in Conflict Resolution and Management from the Charismatic International University Limbe, Cameroon, PhD in Educational Leadership from World Mobile Educational System, Florida, USA. A holder of many certificates in leadership, Health, Safety and Environment. Emergency, Crisis, Disaster and Risk Management. Fire fighting and First Aid. Apostle Boni is a member of many professional and ministerial organisations within Africa and abroad eg. the Institute of Corporate Management of Nigeria, and the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN, Western Cape Province, South Africa Chapter) to mention but a few. Apostle Boni Ekong is a called, ordained and consecrated Apostle and has been in ministry for almost 3 decades. His passion has always been to train impact and impart his wealth of knowledge to people who would love to work and help in the ministry. He loves training and preparing men and women of God for mission work, hence the establishment of Shalom Leadership and Bible Institute. He believes that if people are impacted by the word of God many shall be led to Christ, the kingdom of God shall be expanded while the body of Christ shall be edified. He is married to Pastor Monica Nobuntu Ekong and is blessed with 4 beautiful children, 3 males and 1 female. He lives in Cape Town where he oversees the ministry and the Bible Institute.  

Pastor Monica is a humble woman of God with a true love for God and humanity. She was born again in the year 2010 under Prophet Rockman and Emeka, Snr. Pastor and founder of Holy Ghost Fire Mission Church, Dunoon, Cape Town, with a deep passion to serve God and humanity. She rose from an ordinary member to the position of Chief Usher in the church, a position she held until 2016, when she got married to Apostle Dr. Boni Ekong. She is a woman of prayer and deep understanding of the word; she is a mother and a true disciple. She enrolled in Shalom Leadership from the certificate level to the diploma level, and now she is a bachelor's degree graduate in theology from our respected and reputable institute. She is passionate about the lost souls and is always ready to support the vision and aspirations of her husband and the Institute in general. Pastor Monica is passionate about godly marriage and raising godly children to the glory of God, and she is interested in helping people from disadvantaged backgrounds come to an understanding of the power that can transform lives, which is the salvational power of Jesus Christ. She is happily married with four beautiful children. She is based in Cape Town, where she supports her husband in the running of the church and the institute, aside from her role as a mother to her children. She loves prayer and studying the word, and she is always ready to learn new things.  

Bishop Mike Ibitoye, a.k.a. (BMI), is an apostolic preacher, and teacher of the word of God. He is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Winning Life Church, Cape Town. Bishop Mike is running many online outreaches and networks, and he is a very consistent writer of the morning devotional called “ Winning Word Today. This devotional has been a source of blessing and impact for many who have come in contact with it, and many testimonies have been made to this effect. Highly experienced both in life and ministry. He is married with three children and based in Cape Town, where he oversees the church and numerous networks. 

Apostle Dr Precious Umukoro is an ordained, dynamic servant of God who hails from Delta State, Nigeria, with a mandate of setting men on fire through the teachings of the word of truth. He has served as a pastor for over a decade, with a wealth of experience as he has held several positions in his service in the body of Christ. In his quest to attain greater heights in ministry, he has several degrees from reputable Bible institutes. He has multiple diploma certificates from several Bible institutes, 3 bachelor’s degrees in theology,  Christian education, and Christian counseling, 2 master’s degrees in theology and Christian counseling, and two doctorate degree in  philosophy and divinity. He is a seasoned author with a couple of books to his credit, some of which are:The Roadmap to the Mantle ( why Gehazi fail), The Miracle of Marriage ( vol.1), Made through Service (the mystery of service) He is happily married to Pastor Mrs. Faith Precious Umukoro and their union is blessed with two lovely daughters,  Pearl and Gift.
